Vendor Information & Registration

Our Balloons Over 66 Vendor Show will be August 29, 2026 from 9:00am - 5:00 pm.

We are excited to host another craft and vendor show during the Balloons Over 66 event. Vendors need to register by completing a registration form AND paying for booth rental. This can be done online (see below), by mail, or in-person.

Please register by August 18th.

    Rules & Conditions

    • You agree to provide all equipment needed for your 10x10 booth space. (ie. tables, chairs, etc.)
    • Booths will begin set up at 9:00 am on the day of the event.
    • Booths will start breaking down at 4:00 pm on the day of the event, and not before.
    • Electricity is limited, please contact us for your needs. You will need to bring your own 50-100ft extension cord.
    • There is to be one vendor per booth.
    • No refunds after August 1, 2026.

    Oasis Senior Center reserves the right to cancel this program for any reason. If it is cancelled a full refund will be issued.
