    We offer: toenail trimming​, callous filing, and foot lotion application. Services are provided by licensed nail technician, Jessica Bidwell.

  • Diabetic Shoe Clinic

    Services are provided by Garth Akal, a certified shoe and orthotic fitter.

    Available by appointment only, please call 217-732-6132 to schedule. There are no regularly scheduled clinic dates.

  • Senior Food Pantry

    Distribution days vary, but food bank days are always held once per month.

  • Education Center for the Visually Impaired

    We offer vision coaching, a support group, and education for those who are visually impaired or caring for someone that is.

  • Silver Fox Fitness

    If you have SilverSneakers with your insurance, your class may be covered.

    • $20 for 10-week sessions
    • Monday and Wednesday evenings at 4:15pm
